Smoothest surface imaginable. The thing feels slick even when there’s no oil on it. I got the machined cast-iron first looking for a no fuss pan for my eggs, and that’s stuck. This thing is perfect.
I use it every day. Didn’t know I could have light, solid, truly non-stick for eggs, and high quality all in one. You won’t be disappointed.

I purchased this for my son who just moved into his first apartment. He is learning to cook on his own and has really enjoyed using this pan.
Pans lasted about 6 months before ceramic coating failed. Bubbled in the middle at first. Now edges are starting to chip at a year of use. It was nonstick but not worth the price paid. Normal use in kitchen and followed all pan use and cleaning instructions as outlined on provided card.
This pan is amazing my eggs slid out like they were on an ice-skating rink. My bacon cooked great! thank you once again for making another great product.
Already being an owner of MadeIn stainless cookware, I was looking for a more non-stick option and decided to try out the CeramiClad 2.0 non-stick frying pan. As we have transitioned to safer options for cooking, it was important to us to choose cookware that while offering a non-stick benefit, would still align with our healthy preferences. This pan is just perfect for our needs. Everything from cooking eggs, to sauteing meats and vegetables comes out easily without sticking and with no/minimal oil needed. The pan cooks evenly and cleans up with a little detergent and water, no scrubbing needed. It's also lightweight and easy to manage. I'm very pleased with my purchase and hope to enjoy many years of use from this pan.
We use to have an Our Place pan that did the job, but lost the non stick for awhile. We finally got to invest in this pan and the eggs slide right off! Best decision and easy to clean up afterward. 10” is great for two.

I LOVE THUS PAN! I am replacing my Made In non-stick pan and was skeptical of the ceramic. After using it and having an egg slide around like the commercials, I was sold. Looks nice and cleans easy.
