This is an excellent neck warmer for cold weather. It fits snug against the neck but also can be pulled up to cover your nose. The thermal lining is so soft! I enjoy wearing this over wearing a scarf because it stays in place and does not create bulk underneath a coat. It's also machine washable. I highly recommend all Heat Holder products. I have been very satisfied with all of their products.

This neck collar is so nice! I was surprised at how soft it feels against my skin & it is not bulky. This will be perfect as an added layer of warmth in cold weather.
