I Never received the item. The wrong product was initially sent. I returned for a rushed shipment on the correct item, which was never received but declared delivered by tracking. Macys customer service was called twice to resolve this issue. I’m still waiting for a resolution based on their policy of waiting until the projected delivery time expires to either get a refund or have the item re-shipped a second time. Poor customer service all around.
