I’ve been buying B&D Toaster Ovens years,and I’ve always been happy with them… This new one was advertised as a CONVECTION OVEN and it is not any different from my previous one… I don’t see any setting for it . Really Disappointed

It used to be better
This is my third B & D toaster oven and I think it will be my last unless they start making them "like they used to". The current oven is cheaply made, the inside metal shelves are thin and easily fall out. I will be looking for a replacement very soon.

Repackaging and selling broken appliance
Toaster oven was broken and due to additional tape on the box, i knew this appliance was purchased and returned to Macys. Macys did not check the first return. item was put back on the shelf.
