Dyson WashG1 Wet Cleaner | Matte Black/Ultra Blue

I bought this 6 months ago and it cleans the floor effectively however to clean the machine itself is awkward and time consuming, If the self clean actually cleaned the machine and you could simply empty the tray it would be fine. This is not the case the tray which does not come out or go back in easily need to be emptied and rinsed, the rollers removed and the underneath wiped out and dried. If you are not using the machine regularly you also need to set the rollers out to dry before reinstalling. Nothing clicks into place easily, Great cleaning the floors 20mins but 30mins and messy to clean machine!

I received my cleaner last week and have been using it constantly since. It is fantastic. I have been looking for something like this for the past three years since I moved into my home. My floor looks better than it has ever looked. It was so easy to operate and move so smoothly and easily across my floor. I love that I can do it all in one step. I used to use cleaner on it, and I would use water on it and then I would dry it. Now it is all in one step and it looks great. I don’t know how but it seems to stay cleaner longer also. Thank you so much for this product. I love it❣️ have you guys eaten yet?

I was disappointed the water doesn’t get hot, the dirty had to be dumped and refilled with fresh water frequently, and sensor malfunctioned a few times before it was full.

My daughter recommended this item and I purchased it. It cleaned ok. But when I tried to clean it with the recommendations, I couldn't pull out the rollers or plate with dirt. My daughter came over and was able to pull them out and show me. But then, the items could now be replaced or fixed to go on. And she is much stronger than I. I would like a replacement item. How do I go about doing this?

cleaning tiles so good / great for surface dirt / great cleaning machine sysyems

Unfortunately this product simply stopped working in the middle of mopping the floor! I'd only had it 13 days. Very disappointed.

I am generally happy with this unit however I have had issues with getting the cleaning agent mix right. too much cleaner and foam starts to block the unit, and leave sediment on the floor. Too little and the floor smells later despite looking clean. THe bigger problem is during the self clean where too much cleaner can unexpectedly cause a lot of foam production at the base of the unit, which later turns to liquid and if stored next to a wall, can leak into floor skirtings and cause water damage, or is stored in a laundry cupboard, and damage the base of the cupboard. the floor mount unit does not protect the floor or cupboard from this situation. WHy not have a cleaning concentrate dispenser which might minimise user concentration error of cleaning agents?

I bought this G1Wash and I’m so happy with it. My floors have never been so clean! It’s low noise and rechargeable instantly. Very happy with it!

ALL IS GOOD, NICE CLEAN BUT SOME TIME IT LEAVES HAIR AND SMALL PICES OF PAPER AND OTHER PARTICLES
