It made no difference in my appearance. It didn't smooth anything out. The quality of material, compared to spanx, was poor.

Cinching not there
I bought a large and after trying it on I returned it. It didn’t do what I needed it to, I didn’t expect to look like the person on the package but I saw no difference when I put it on.

Using for Dysautonomia issuse
Pretty comfortable for this type of garment. I'm using for medical purposes. Better than others I've tried I appreciate that there isn't boning in the sides. On my others the boning on the sides bends out of shape very quickly and then doesn't help. This one is light weight it's a bit long if you're short waisted ,that's my only gripe
