It fits pretty much true to size in shoulders area and hips. If you have a large waist or stomach the coat is going to be tight. Looks good on you. The coat is fully lined and the pockets were open and aligned with the coat design.

I was sent a coat that was ripping at one of the seams and had a used tissue and perfume card in the pocket. It probably would have been cute had I been sent a new, undamaged item.
Nice style BUT not put together right, it’s tight on the back shoulders, big and baggy on the front chest (doesn’t match the size chart) tight on the waist. Not a trench coat, but more like a winter coat thick and heavy material. Very disappointing.
The coat has not been worn yet. There is a discrepancy on the invoice. After 3 attempts i reached a human on the phone. She tells me to pay the bill and it will be reviewed in MAYBE 60 days. Customer service departments with whom i have worked would resolve this in days if not hours. As i have often said "A customer service S--- Show can ruin any brand - no matter how first class."
Macys sent my coat to the wrong address. I was on hold for 38 minutes waiting for an unavailable supervisor. The agent said do you want a call back? No one ever called. I have not heard from Macys and I don't have my coat!
Too hard to Open the coat. The buttons are too tight and it is very difficult to open!
Very stylish, everyday raincoat. Heavy enough material that when buttoned up keeps you warm. Raincoat hits right above the knee for added protection and added style. Hood is a bit oversized.
lovely coat, it's longer than I expected more of a three quarter length than a shorter length. Not a true pink.
