Seems like a nice bag. Both the top and the bottom have about a 1 to 1 1/2 inch expandable zipper. Many compartments on the inside. Nice size. Unfortunately, no shoulder strap. It did look somewhat used. Maybe someone returned it and forgot to include the shoulder strap in the return.

I bought this item so that I can place it under my seat in an airplane rather than use overhead storage, great size and I hope that everything works out, matches the luggage set I bought,
Lots of space and sturdy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Large and spacious bag. Holds a lot, and I like the added strap they provided. Zipper seems sturdy and good quality as well. I bought the matching color Carry on luggage.
