This is a second Rivelia I’m buying for our second home. I absolutely love this machine! It’s extremely easy to operate and makes wonderful coffee all around. 2 hoppers is a great feature for those like me who likes to switch to decaf in the afternoon.

Great product, my second D ‘Longi . This machine was great so far. I bought mine since 2025 of December. Make my life easier, specially I have lots of pain all I have to press the coffee you like. I used the espresso or 2 shot and then hot milk , taste better. When your done place it back to the fridge. The video showing have 2 trother, is this new? I have only just curious!

I’ve had this machine for about a month and absolutely love it. If you take the time to read the manual, you’ll discover that the level of customization is exceptional from temperature to bean grind to milk froth and more. I love that I can press a button to empty out the beans and grounds so when I want a decaf in the evenings I don’t get caffeinated grounds mixed in. I love that I can stop the milk or the espresso at any point during the brew to get just the right amount of my choosing. The self-cleaning features are great and I’ve had no issues whatsoever. I bought two extra hoppers so we can just pop in different flavors easily. Very happy customer. Here’s hoping the longevity is great!
We’ve had this for about a month and LOVE it!! This was so easy to set up, it’s so easy to use. Honestly the only problem is the coffee tastes so great I’ve gone from drinking one cup a day to 3 and had trouble sleeping! I’ve cut back again but this machine makes coffee that tastes delicious, the cleaning is really easy, the milk drinks are fabulous! Could not give higher marks!!
I absolutely love my Rivelia! It makes excellent-quality coffee and lattes while replacing multiple machines on my countertop. No more pods, no more juggling different machines, and so many more options! Whether I’m in the mood for hot coffee, an iced coffee, or a latte, the Rivelia delivers. One of my favorite features is how customizable everything is. I can adjust drinks to suit my preferences, experiment with different coffee options, and enjoy coffeehouse-quality drinks at home. I would love to review this item however it has not yet been delivered. I’ve recieved several messages from UPS saying it would arrive by Sept 14 and it never showed, the I was informed by UPS that it had been delayed but would be there between 12/30 and 2 pm on Sept 15. At 8:00pm I was told it was delayed but would be there by 9pm. I finally asked for a phone call in the ups chat and when I spoke to an agent o was assured it would be there by 9. Having my doubts I asked them to please check that it was actually on the truck. Initially the agent did not want to check, but I insisted. She came back on the line and informed me that it had not left the warehouse and would be at least two more days!!! I waited at home for two days for an item that had t left the warehouse! Macys needs to change carriers or at least insist on better tracking!! All that to say, when the machine actually arrives I will be happy to improve my review as I’m sure it’s a wonderful machine.
We’ve been using the Rivelia for about a month and are very happy we chose this machine. It’s easy to set up and makes excellent coffee. It performs all of the barista steps automatically so there is a bit of set up involved. We followed all of the clear instructions available directly on the machines screen, and now have perfect beverages with every use. Highly recommend this machine.
Really good machine. Quality of the drinks with fresh beans is great. A couple of minor issues. The rubber tube on the milk dispenser fits very loosely. Every time I clean, it just sort of slips off. Have concern going forward. One other minor issue. The slide on the milk dispenser that is movable to fit different size cups is of concern as it just sort of slides on its own when you extend it. Other than that, things are great. As with the tube, I do have concern going forward. Will watch it for continued issues, but time has a way of continued degradation. Just being honest.
