Wrong size

I ordered this shoe for a wedding. Shipping was slow and once I received the shoe it was the wrong size. Was told by Macys that I have to return and reorder. It may not be here in time.

I was shipped size 9 when ordered size 10 W.

I was sent the wrong size

I ordered a size 10 wide. I received a size 9. I also received 1 pair of shoes when the order form reads qty of 2. I hope the other pair of the same shoe has the correct size of 10 wide

BEAUTIFUL BUT...

The shoes are beautiful... in fact, stunning! but they run a full size larger. I order a size 5 and they wear exactly like a size 6. For that reason, unfortunately, I will have to return. They do not have them in any smaller size. The color (blush) is the exact color I was looking for, more of a champagne-rose with a beautiful brooch. If you are a size over 6, this is for you!

Pretty but the condition is not good. I return it.

I got the shoes yesterday and I found the shoes are so pretty but I found the size is big to me and found left side of shoes condition is not good. I return it .
