Norelco Philips OneBlade 360 blade replacement blade 2 pack

Hello, I have been using your Philips OneBlade razors for several years, but unfortunately, the latest model I purchased, which is completely black, is noticeably lower quality and less powerful than the previous models. I am really disappointed with this model. I sincerely hope that quality is still important to Philips, because this product has not met my expectations. At this point, I am not sure if I will purchase another Philips OneBlade in the future. Thank you for taking my feedback into consideration.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At age 74, with legacy thin hair, my beard hairs have become too soft to be shaved easily with traditional Norelco rotary razors -- even 30 years one where I keep replacing the heads. Really don't like the newer Norelco rotary that look like junior Star Trek ships. I was about to look at using a blade razor until I found the OneBlade. It skims the skin and trims the hairs to stubble stage. If I want, I can then go back to the Norelco rotary for finel passes closer. Still working on my technique whether to use the push or pull direction. Also still evaluating how to determine the supposed 4 month life, especailly since I don't use it daily. Took the advantage to buy the three pack of refills. The one downside is not knowing how much charge is left, so I plug it in after 6 uses. Bottom line, it is great solution for me, perhaps for you too.

I’ve had the Philips OneBlade 360 QP2734/30 for quite some time, and it has completely changed the way I manage my beard. Shaving with a traditional razor used to leave my face irritated, which made shaving something I wasn’t particularly looking forward to. With the OneBlade, that’s no longer something I worry about. I can easily shave or trim my beard whenever I want, and it only takes the press of a button to get started. It’s simple, convenient, and comfortable to use. After using it for this long, I’m very happy with the product and don’t see myself going back to traditional razors anytime soon.

The 360 blade worked great first time I used it,Now, the battery runs out before I finish shaving which is very frustrating.I would like a refund from the online store but of course they make it impossible to connect to them.

The only complaint that I personally had was during the first few days of using it, I noticed some ingrowns and some razor bumps, but after a few more times using (and without shaving cream) it cleared up.
