Surprised nothing stuck to the pan

I wanted to get away from those lined pans so I gave these a try. You need to read the instructions before you purchase and use these. They should NOT be used on a higher heat than medium heat. I also hand wash and dry.

Exactly what I was looking for.

They have instructions. How to take care of, how to use, how to clean. You need to know it to use it well, they were really good quality, I buy one for me and after that I bought one for my parents, love them.
