I would not advise buying from this brand!! I ordered my shoe in a size 7 for a wedding coming up. Needed the shoes before my dress fitting, but unfortunately they sent me the completely wrong size. I contacted Macy’s customer service for an exchange to the right size and was told because of the company, they are not allowed to do an exchange. I would have to do a full return and wait 5-7 business days for the refund and then I would have to place a WHOLE NEW ORDER for the shoe and hope they send it correct. I decided to contact the company London Rag directly via the phone number listed to see if any direct accommodation could be made. Suspiciously, it rings 3 times and goes to a generic voicemail that does not state the business name or have any indication that it is the correct line, only to be told the mailbox is full and cannot take any more messages and hangs up….I definitely won’t be buying from them again. That is deplorable quality service.

Not true to size. Smaller
I fell for the ‘runs small’ feedback and ordered 7.5 instead my actual 7 . Turns out the size is accurate and the pair was too big on my feet. now I am going to order 7 and return this pair. Having said that, the shoes are very comfortable and stylish for workplace.
The shoe was nice, however ran small and tight.
I ordered these month ago and still haven’t received. Reached out numerous times. No response???
Not sure why reviews were not positive but I think these are beautiful and comfortable
