Zwilling Pro 5.5" Flexible Boning Knife

This is a great knife, very sharp. It’s nice to finally get good knives. We have bought other brands and after a few years we have thrown them out.

Very sharp. Excellent tip for getting under skin or around bones. Quality product.

Upgraded from knives that I’ve had in the past and these are the best I’ve found

Good one as expected! Just like any other Zwilling Pro series knives.

cuts like a ..... easy to use and excellent craftsmanship. I look forward to purchasing more when I can.

This knife is in a class by itself, it has made trimming briskets for our shop an actual dream rather than a chore!

Had good ergonomics and feels very durable in the hand.

This is my first "professional" knife I've ever purchased and used in my own time. It has been extremely clean cutting through the NY Strips and Sirloins I've been doing at home. Perfect for buying in bulk somewhere and cutting it up and trimming yourself. Knife is also extremely comfortable in either hand which is a huge plus since I'm ambidextrous and switch sometimes.

Used primarily for brisket and rib trims this life is wrap and holds the edge really well. It’s also great to remove silverskin and debone foul.

Great quality and great feel in the hand. Specially if you use a pinch grip like I do. I love this knife.
