Bobbi Brown Precise 24-Hour Ultra Slim Eyebrow Pencil

I ordered this twenty days ago and still waiting for the delivery. It is showing it has gone back to where it was shipped from.

Fine pt. Color, blends well. Breaks too easily

I never received what I ordered. Instead I received a Nars Eyeshadow Stick. I called 3 times & spoke with customer service which of course is always someone in another country. I was told 3 times they would ship the correct product. All they kept sending me was the delivery notice for the Nars product as if I had received my order so stop calling. I tried each time to explain please send me what I ordered & each time I was lied too. Very disappointing. And now I guess I am supposed to pay for an eyeshadow stick I did not order. By the way they used Door Dash & not the post office or UPS. I've been a long time customer but I will not buy again.

Very poor quality

Glides nicely, however, it broke often and lasted forva short time.

As easy to apply as the original Bobby Brown eyebrow pencil! I’ve been looking for this since it was discontinued years ago.

No ink at all! Totally dry ! Useless!!
