Rude associate
I haveb't received these throws yet. There was an error when buyi;ng online. I did not want the linen colored one only the dark one and I called to cancel and they would not because it had been more than 30 min s but I did not know until I got your emal that 2 were ordered. The associate I talked to was very rude and hung up on me. I am goinng to return both when get them because I don't want either of them now. I don't like your policy of having to cancel in 30 mins time. It should be okay to cancel as long as it has not shipped.
