Diamond Double Row Huggie Hoop Earrings (1/2 ct. t.w.), in Sterling Silver or 14k Gold-Plated Sterling Silver, Created for Macy's

This rating is for the delivery process which was delayed and terrible. On sep 20, I ordered this to take to an event in Chicago (I live in San Francisco) on Oct 2. As the website indicated a delivery time of 3-5 business days, it was well within the time frame before my flight on Oct 1. The first notice from USPS was that the item will be delivered on Sep 26. Perfect. However, Sep 26 came and no item for me. Then they said Sep 28 or Sep 29. I remained hopeful but then the final update said it would be delivered on Oct 5 (before they quickly changed to Oct 2). Regardless, I flew to Chicago on Oct 1 without the item I bought for the trip. I asked on Sep 28 for the item to be cancelled but Macy’s said that is not possible as the item is out for delivery. They did offer me a refund because the delivery was late and therefore the item I bought for an occasion was no longer able to serve that purpose. I can’t return the item because I am away from San Francisco for 2 months. I just called again today (Oct 6) as I did not see a refund on my card. They said they will escale and I would get confirmation within 2 days. Let’s see. This has been the worst experience ever with Macy’s (very abnormal as I had nothing but the best experience up to this point, and I buy Jewelry from Macy’s probably once or twice a month).

I had to return these earrings because the one was very fragile and ready to break in half.

Comfortable and just what I wanted. I wanted another pair of small diamond hoops to augment my existing ones and ggese work perfectly.

I purchased this pair of diamond hoop earrings in gold, but the clasp has become very loose. I'm planning to bring them to Macy's to have them repaired and adjusted.

Listen to the other reviews. The earrings are pretty but it came with the clasp already broken. Don’t buy them.

Item was bought as a gift for my son’s graduation, issues with clasps holding, which resulted in loss of one and the desire to wear the other. Aesthetically good functionality questionable

I love these diamond earrings BUT clasp on one earring barely closes and 1 diamond missing. found the diamond in the box. going to return. So sad because they are the perfect size.
