2 Burner Stainless Steel Grill

I recently set out to upgrade to a natural‑gas grill, especially since I already had a dedicated gas line on my deck. Eliminating the unpredictability of propane tanks, and the inevitable mid‑cook emergency runs to the store, was a major priority. After comparing several well‑known brands, I chose the Monument 41847 NG with the conversion kit, and the value‑to‑performance ratio has genuinely exceeded my expectations. Despite never having grilled on natural gas before, the 41847 NG impressed me immediately. The burner system delivers rapid heat‑up times, and the thermal consistency across the cooking surface is outstanding — a testament to Monument’s engineering. The ClearView window is more than a convenience feature; it’s a smart, functional design choice that allows real‑time monitoring without sacrificing heat retention. The solid stainless‑steel construction gives the grill a robust, premium feel, and the machining and fit‑and‑finish are excellent. I’m confident this unit will serve me well for many years of heavy grilling. One important clarification for buyers: the model's name can be misleading. The grill does not automatically come ready for both propane and natural gas. You must ensure the conversion kit is included, or you will need to purchase it separately. I learned this the hard way after initially buying the grill from another retailer, assuming dual‑fuel capability was standard. Returning it was no small feat, the grill ships in two large, heavy boxes, and you’ll need a vehicle with substantial cargo space. Even a single box will not fit in the trunk of a compact car. Overall, Monument has delivered a natural‑gas grill that combines thoughtful engineering, strong build quality, and excellent real‑world performance. I’m impressed and I look forward to many seasons of grilling ahead.

From opening the box a seeing how it was packed, I was like OK this is gonna be good. I can leave the grill with no worries about it burn the food to charcoal

Really love my new grill. After watching YouTube Video, it was easy to assemble. Purchased a number of the grill components which make it nice to keep the grill clean and organized for meals. Love the cast iron round griddle for salmon and grill basket for vegetables. It heats up so quickly and efficiently. Love the glass window - fun to see food cooking away.

I had weber spirit before, but to be honest, I like this one much more.

I got this grill for fathers day about 10 years ago. I have used this thing extensively. I keep it out of the weather on my covered porch. All I have ever done is replace the temp gauge and the empty propane bottles. It finally got to the point where the inside needed to be replaced, so I ordered the burner kit online which had burners, igniters, and flame tamers. I started the rebuild and realized that the only thing that really needed replacing were the tents. Soooo, I just replaced the tents and have the burners and igniters on stand by if I ever need to replace them too. If needed, I would buy this grill again in a heartbeat.

First time I cooked with it I did 12 burgers and 8 hot dogs all at once and it was great. Turned the heat down all the way and it was perfect. Looking forward to many more grillings. Only thing u have to do to hook it up is to get a reducer from the gas cock which is 1/2 inch to the 3/8ths inch on the gas hose coming out of the grill.

Best grill we have had in years! We have been through 3 in the last 6 years, all failed what we needed, one was double the price of this monument and still wasn't great. This grill gets HOT, FAST. Searing station is amazing. Everything we wanted Ata price so much better than most.

The Denali 405 grill is powerful. I love the cast iron grates and the WiFi control.

Have used the grille three times so far and am pleased with the performance
