Terrible delivery logistics and false status
I am extremely disappointed with Macy's delivery service. My order status has been continuously showing "Arrive by today" since September 23rd, but I still have not received my item. When I contacted DoorDash, they informed me that Macy's hasn't even handed over the package yet. Meanwhile, Macy's customer service insists it is already on its way. This lack of communication and fake tracking status is completely unacceptable. Passing the blame between Macy's and DoorDash while keeping customers waiting endlessly is terrible service. I am requesting an immediate cancellation and full refund. Very frustrating experience!
