Delayed delivery

I never received the item, so I had to track it down and arrange a return. I was not informed of any delay, yet it showed as an on-time delivery but never arrived.

Completely Wrong Product Sent

I did not receive the product I ordered. Instead of the plaid pajama pants shown in the listing, I received a completely different model. Very disappointing.
