The item arrived damaged. I reached out to customer service to exchange it and was told I could not, despite the item being in stock, because “expedited shipping” was not currently available. I asked to receive regular shipping and was told no. I purchased this on a one day sale at a good markdown and suspect they just want me to have to buy it again at a higher price. Unethical and ridiculous. So now I can return it and hope to find it on sale elsewhere (because I’m done with Macys) or just find a different birthday gift for a family member who specifically asked for this item.

I ordered this watch the first time and it came with crooked logo, then I said let give it another shot, I returned that one then I ordered for second time 😔😔 same problem. Read the reviews another customer had same problem, I love the brand but …….😞😞
