All the stickers are on the glasses are extremely difficult to remove. One glass was broken

We got these glasses as a wedding gift 9 years ago and loved them. Several have broken over the years and I finally bought more to replace them, but they are not the same as they used to be. They are much lighter, the glass is thinner, and the bottom is no longer weighted. I weighed them with our kitchen scale and the old ones were 16.3oz, while the new ones are only 9.52oz. They are still elegant looking, all occasion drinking glasses; but like most things, have been affected by shrink-flation. They feel like they could very easily break.

I the reason why I rated one star is because I’m still waiting for my order,There were more items delivered but not the glasses .I need to contact costumer service

these glasses look nice but are very thin. the pictures are deceiving

I bought these glasses 8 years ago and wanted to get new ones. These are not the same glasses as before. The base is much lighter and the glasses feel very cheap now. I will return them.

Very thin glasses. I wanted ones from Williams Sonoma but these were 1/2 the price. You get what you pay for.

Beautiful glasses and nice design for everyday use

What a disappointment! We’ve had a set of these glasses since our wedding in 2019 and, after a few were lost to clumsiness, I thought it was time to buy another set. This order’s glasses are significantly lighter and appear much cheaper than the previous ones. The bottom is thinner, as is the glass around the cup. I thought I bought the wrong version, but it seems like other shoppers had had the same experience. I would not recommend these new glasses and I’m very disappointed to Lenox for cutting their quality like this. The photo is not what you will receive. I wish I could share a picture to highlight the difference. I’ll be seeking new glasses elsewhere.

Product came in a plastic envelope, not in a cardboard box, so half the glasses were broken. I’m not sure who is working at the warehouse, but they should know better. Now I have to go through the trouble of returning it. Disappointed.

Purchased as water glasses for my dining room/holidays. So excited to use them in compliment with the rest of the lenox classics collection.
