Steve Madden Women's Bei Smocked-Waist Tiered High-Low Dress

Found this dress in person and tried it on and I love it. I wore this dress to the wedding and it was so cute.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dress is very classy and fun. The material feels like a heavy silk and hangs nicely. I don’t typically care for lots of ruffles or typical tiered dresses, but this feels elevated. The hook at the v-neck is a bit higher than I would prefer, so I’ll remove it and either leave it lower cut. The wine color is beautiful and will work for a fall wedding or a Christmas party. I am 5’5” 145lbs w/ an average build and I typically wear a medium, but this fits great in a small.
