Run small
I ended up purchasing this without reading the reviews and it definitely do run small. All other dress pants I purchased was at 38W and fit fine but this pair, I couldn’t even button it. Will have to send back unfortunately.

Nice pants
The pants are very nice. They are thin and lite so I'm not sure how long they will last. It says to dry clean but I think you could wash on cold and gentle, hang to dry. You can dress up or down with these.

Run very small in the waist
As the title says, they run very small in the waist, normally a size 33 going on them, I’m a 36. Fabric seems to be nice, but don’t waste your time thinking your existing size fits. Have to return two pairs
