Ninja Flip Toaster Oven & Air Fryer, 8-in-1 Functionality, SP151

Purchased in 2024. I really enjoy using it for cooking and love the different settings. The issue with this model is that is is extremely difficult to clean. I've not found an easy or effective way to sufficiently clean the unit. If the heating elements were removable, it would be much easier to clean. The overall cooking has been wonderful but difficulty in cleaning the unit doesn't make it worth the price. I'd stick with the previous model.

Perfect little appliance for our two person household. The flip up design saved a ton of counter space and even cut back on other non needed appliances. Everything we’ve cooked has come out evenly browned and as crispy as you’d like it to be. It heats up fast and cleans up easily. Highly recommend this air fryer.

This is a great toaster air fryer I use it to heat everything up for my son And it's been great. We are in the process of remodeling the kitchen to have something That allows us to not have to eat out is awesome as it works for everything.

Just bought this and realized it’s 4 inches smaller inside the oven then the previous ones. I can’t believe that you’ve actually stooped this low to charge this much to sell the sme Flip and make it 4 inches smaller than the original!. That’s 25% smaller! I’m returning this ASAP and getting a less expensive brand. I chose to buy a new Ninja Flip thinking I was getting the same quality and obviously not…# Shrinkflation.

Love our Ninja Flip! I use it so much more than our oven. I like the clean design on the control panel, the compact counter size, and the efficient way it air fries/bakes/roasts/toasts. A very useful kitchen tool that looks good, too.

We have had the Ninja Flip Toaster Oven for a week now and absolutely love it! Looking to replace our toaster, we went with this product because of the air fryer capabilities also. We’ve used both of those modes so far and it works beautifully. Teaching the kids (ages 8-12) to use it was a breeze and they actually prefer it to our old appliance. It does take up a lot of counter space, so I appreciate the option to flip it up so that it’s out of the way. So far it has been easy to wipe down and clean. It does run hot when in use, but seems to cool down decently - I like that it shows that it is hot on the small screen. Overall very pleased!

I chose this product due to its many capabilities. I really like that you can do so many things in one- air fry, roast, broil, bake, toast, bagel, pizza, dehydrate. You can set temperatures, times, etc. This appliance heats up quick, cooks food fast and fully. I like the idea of saving space on your countertop that it flips up as I pictured. When you turn the appliance off it indicates to you that it’s hot until it’s fully cooled down. I deducted stars due to the durability. For the amount spent on the product, I’m upset with the stains and marks left from cooking. I properly cleaned and sprayed my tray and there’s markings where the food was left from dinner in the toaster 10 minutes. You see the outline. No matter what you do you cannot get it out. The outside also looks all marked up as well. I’ve used this appliance lightly maybe a handful of times and it looks worn in as if I’ve had it and used it for much longer.

It was unfortunate that I sent this to my daughter and son in law as a gift, and when they opened the box, they found that the item was used. It was dirty, and had burn marks on it, etc. Macy's you need to do a better job in quality control. I have been a Macy's customer for many, many years, and this is so disappointing. They now have to return the item, and they live out of state, where there is not a Macy's store.
