Love this bag, Great for traveling

I paid for the bag on 26th and it was supposed to be delivered to my sister for her birthday on 30th. The salesperson (Autumn) promised it would be shipped on 28th September. It's been a week and we have not received the bag.

I recently bought this bag. It is cheaply made and I intend to return it this week. I own a 42 yr old Coach Messenger bag…it is gorgeous and made extremely well and I love it. This bag is not worth the money. It looks and feels cheap.. Macy’s and Coach, I’ll buy a bag from another company.
