Lily 2, Women's Smartwatch

I originally got this watch because I wanted similar functionality to my Apple Watch but with a longer battery life. Not only has the lily two classic delivered on this, but it has made me forget about my Apple Watch completely. It is the perfect watch for someone who wants to be more conscious of their health and track the things In their life pertaining to fitness, sleep, women's cycle, Etc. A hidden function of this watch that I wasn't even looking for was how not distracting it is . I'm still able to get notifications and use it to find my phone if I misplaced it somewhere. There are no apps on it that I can play around with and use if I put my phone down which is actually helped reduce my screen time. An amazing product.

I love my Lily EXCEPT the morning message that says "Don't forget to smile!". The owners of the Garmin smartwatch (mostly men) get motivating messages like "Today is your day, let's get it". But we women get told patronizingly to "Smile". Perhaps there are no women on the Lily team? A man telling a woman to smile is condescending and offensive. We exercise and "slay the day" just like men. Get rid of the smile message and I'm happy to leave a 5-star review. Thank you.

I am not happy! I have had my Lily 2 less than 2 years and it has crashed and won’t work unless plugged in. I have tried all I can including reset and restart but it will not work. Unfortunately it was a gift and I don’t have the invoice. So disappointing!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my Lily 2 Classic! It was a bit of a learning curve after an Apple Watch, but also freeing. With the Apple Watch I was constantly getting notifications for every app that was on my phone. With the Garmin Lily 2 Classic, I still get notifications but I was able to really limit them and be 'present'. I like that I can find my iPhone still, track workouts/steps, tracking sleep is a new to me feature that I am loving! I like that the watch vibrates when I'm getting a call so I still have no excuse to miss that, but I can't answer it from my watch. Which is good- because I had a bad habit of accidentally calling people from my watch. Text messages also vibrate but not for as long- I do wish there was a way to go back read like the last 5 incoming texts; you can read through one that has just come in, but nothing else. If I don't see it right then it goes away. However I'm also of the mind that if someone really needs me, they'll call. The only other thing I'm trying to figure out is garmin pay. But overall this watch looks so much better than an Apple Watch and still ticked all the boxes I had deemed necessary. I'm glad I made the switch.

I own the original Lily and already love its look and style. I wanted something familiar but with a bit of an upgrade, and the Lily 2 delivers. What I love most about the Lily line is that it doesn’t look overly sporty or gaudy. It has just the right touch of class, making it easy to wear with almost anything—from workout clothes to a more polished outfit. I also appreciate that the Lily 2 has a slightly larger watch face than the original, which makes it easier for me to see without taking away from the sleek design. So far, I’m very happy with my choice. It gives me the functionality I want in a smartwatch while still looking like something I actually want to wear every day.

My second Lily. I want a smartwatch that looked like a watch. Love the look and it does everything I need it to do.

I learned about Garmin from someone who switched from Apple and wanted something easier, compatible, and fun. To be honest, I'm not the most up-to-date with tech, so I wasn't aware of Garmin products before. What made this even more special is that I switched from the Apple environment (phone) to an Android, so I struggled to get a watch compatible with my phone. I was also looking for something particular. A smartwatch that didnt quite look or feel like a smart watch? I know, best of both worlds. Except it did exist! And its my Garmin Lily 2 Classic. I customized it with a pattern, got the brown leather strap and literally in 2-3 days, on my birthday, I rocked this new watch and felt classic myself.

When I lift my arm to see the time, the watch face almost never illuminates. I have to keep pressing watch face to get it to illuminate

I wore a Fitbit for years so this was a big change for me. I was expecting the battery on my new Garmin to last a bit longer between charges. The Fitbit automatically detected my activity and logged it without me having to remember to choose the activity I was participating in at the time whereas the Garmin I have to select the activity and remember to start and stop the activity, so that is a huge change for me.

I bought the Lily 2 Cassic mainly for the watch/pedometer feature, without the smart watch component. Although this watch is capable of a smart watch, we can turn that feature on or off. There are not many watches out there that are a good quality. I personally designed my Lily 2 Classic to my specifications, which was a total bonus for me! I have small wrists, so the watch face itself is not overly big. The extra data that the watch collects, like goals, and health history, is also a feature that I didn't realize I would use. This watch is easy to use in my opinion. I would definitely recommend this watch for those looking to enhance their daily journey!
