Received Dirty Coat Instead of New Item
Title: Received Dirty Coat Instead of New Item Review: I was very disappointed with this purchase. The coat arrived covered in dust, hair, and debris, looking used and poorly handled instead of brand new. This is unacceptable for a new item from Macy’s. Please improve quality control and packaging standards.

Functional, warm, plain
It's warm and functional. No style points though. For a regular sized dude, it might feel like a sausage casing.
