My all-time favorite Philosophy scent and daily driver in my shower routine. I was struggling with dry skin for aaaaages, but this leaves it feeling SO soft and clean. It smells like a day at the beach! 10/10 coconuts

The seal on the bottle had been opened. It was either opened by a customer, or perhaps someone in the shipping department. The product leaked out during shipping. The body wash is supposed to smell like coconut. This is definitely not coconut. I’m not sure what it is but it stinks. Macy’s issued a return, and the agent said I did not need to return. Now, I have received an email from Macy’s that I need to return it so I won’t be charged. Who’s on first?????
