I placed this order... of ONE ITEM, on March 25th. And I MIGHT receive it on April 6th! The incompetence and laziness abounds when Macy's and UPS are involved in getting purchases to their customers. And they know that there is no way to cancel my order at this point! So, the item will get delivered when I am out of town. USELESS! Macy's has their payment...check...UPS gets their payment...check! That's ALL that these companies care about! Oh, and if Macy's decides not to post this review, no worries... I'll post the same comment on every format that I can!

This cap is so soft. It is lined and keeps your head and ears very warm. I love the design also.
