Great combination of hard shell sturdiness and ballistic nylon expandability. Front access pockets are very useful when carrying with you through airports.

I had an Alpha carryon for 15+ years with a trips and miles on it but it was starting to show its age. I decided to buy a new one and wanted something similar to what I had. I purchased this one and while I like the design, there is a noticeable difference in quality. The handle is not as sturdy and the wheels are cheap which are noisy and nowhere near as smooth as the previous Alpha bag I had. Tumi luggage at this price point, high quality materials should be a given. Very disappointed.

Lots of well placed zip pockets help when packing. Overall great design with an ease of moving through a crowded airport and down airplane aisles. Fits well in the overhead bins. It was nice to be able to purchase a blue rather another black bag.

This was a perfect gift for a busy traveler. The reports have been outstanding. Ease of mobility, durable, well designed exterior and interior made from very high quality materials
