was so hard to decided between the black & maple, ended up taking home the black but i think i’m definitely going back for the maple

Very quick delivery and great product

I ordered an instore pick up for a Coach Brooklyn 28 and they gave me an opened, used, old with big scratches, and dirty Coach bag inside a Macy's plastic bag. There was no Coach sealed plastic bag or whatsoever, it was obviously opened and used. Seems like it was a displayed model that was used by a lot of customers before and completely worn out. And they still had the audacity to give it to me. I had to go straight to the customers service to return and exchange immediately. What worse is they took away all my $50 stars money i earned and claimed that they would gave me back $40 but they are stuck in pending forever and i tried to call customer service to solve this star money issue so many times, none of them said they could help with that so i basically lost everything, all my stars money and points.

Purchased online because local store doesn’t carry them in store. The bag is okay. The handle is very stiff so it didn’t stay on my shoulder. I immediately returned it.

I purchased this purse as a surprise to my wife but once I got it it was too small and other than that it was a nice purse

I purchased the Coach Brooklyn bag from Macy’s as a birthday gift for my aunt, and she absolutely loved it! The quality is beautiful, the style is elegant, and it made for a perfect gift. Very happy with my purchase!
