If I sleep in my bun my curls are still mostly in tact in the morning without that annoying scrunchie crease. Very stretchy and quality silk scrunchie comes in a 3 pack for a bit expensive side but well worth the price. I’ve been using mine for 2 months and they still hold my hair well. Tying my hair is a must because otherwise my hair bothers my son who I co-sleep with.
