It's OK.....carafe isn't designed to accommodate all the water put in the main reservoir, so if you completely fill the reservoir, the carafe overflows. Reservoir also as open slot in rear that water drains out of if over-filled, which is a pointless feature.
I bought this coffee maker just a month ago and I love it. It is easy to operate and has a lot of nice features . I really enjoy the choose you have with the individual cups of coffee.
the pod side resevoir has leaked water since day 1. Cannot leave water in the resevoir.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We couldn't ask for anything more, the unit is user friendly, attractive and an additon to our kitchen, and we love having the carafe and Keurig single serve for a backup. We only wish the unit came with a 12 cup metal insulated carafe.
I purchased this coffee maker and have had it replaced twice by cuisinart. It leaks water and when you switch from kcups to the coffee in the reusable pod the kcups start burning. So the maker smells burnt and leaks. I would like a response as this is unacceptable for the third time.
We had to get our coffee pot replaced after 9 months I chose not to wait for one with glass pot, I wish I would have. I don’t like the stainless steel pot at all.
I really like this coffee maker because it is so quite but I do I two problems first you select the number of ozes however the amount of liquid that is dispenced is not what is selected for example you select 10ozes but you get about 8-9ozes. in other words you don't get the selected amout in you cup. 2nd, after it makes the single serve aftetr about a minute it spits out water and makes a mess you have wipe and clean the coffee maker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this abt 3 weeks ago. The coffee it makes is really good. Thats the good part. We had a previous model that quit working after abt 7 yrs. We like the metal carafe, however, you can't see how much coffee is in there. Also, when it brews it sounds like its about to come apart. Its incredibly noisy when brewing. We like the fact you can turn off the done indicator. Also, the piece that holds the metal grounds basket doesn't fit real cleanly and easily, so you have to work it or it sticks up a bit and the lid doesn't fit flush.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker replaced my 5 yr old Cuisinart 12cup stainless steel maker. I love that I have the choice of making a full pot or a quick pod of coffee. I took away one ⭐️ as I thought it was broke when in reality the pod water holder was not full enough to begin the brew. Also on making a full pot apparently, I overfilled it a bit and water was coming out the back of the unit. Neither of these possibilities were addressed in the manual under trouble shooting. I love that the stainless steel retain the heat and does not continue to cook the coffee till it tastes burnt and love the charcoal filter for the water supply.
