Very weird fitting. Bought XS size, the part where there is a join between inner arm and shoulder is way too loose and baggy

Boxy in the Waist and Sleeves are Wide
Not flattering on my body. I do not like the ruffles on the sleeves or the wide waist that makes it boxy to wear. I was thinking of cutting off the ruffles and making the sleeves narrower and putting a straight hem on the sleeves. I also wanted to take it in at the waist and hips. Too much work! I am returning
