Only Works a Few Times and the Warranty is Useless
I gave this to my dad as a Christmas present and while he initially liked it, a few weeks later he told me it's heating up his coffee less, and a few months later it doesn't heat up at all. It says it's on but does nothing. I reached out to the manufacturer because the product is still under warranty, and they want a video showing that the mug doesn't heat up anymore. How would anyone show that liquid isn't warm in a video exactly? The fact that there's no steam? It's a difficult job to hand over to your customers. Obviously their warranty isn't real and you shouldn't buy any product from this brand.
