Willow Kitchen 12-Cup Programmable Drip Coffee Maker Machine

Each time I setup the system, without clicking ON, water would flow into the carafe.

This is my second pot purchased. And will never buy Mr. Coffee again. This one never tastes like plastic it's amazing.

I really love it, I already using it, plus its very convinient, thanks I am so happy to find everything I need in Macy's.

it is probably a great coffee pot but I couldn't wait any longer. I need my coffee!! The price was awesome and I hated to return it.I never took it home so I cannot take a picture.

This is the WORST purchase I have ever made from my favorite store MACYS! It’s cheaply made does not keep the coffee warm! I do not recommend it

I love the look/design, however, it leaks from the bottom. I ran water through it, twice just to be sure and my counter was soaked each time. I will return this one and try another.

Horrible coffee maker does not keep your coffee, warm and spills from the side..

I bought this a week ago and it’s defective. The water sits in the filter an no coffee is actually brewed. I have played with the coarseness of the grind, the amount of water, reviewed the manual and nothing. Do not buy!

Macys sent damaged coffee maker. The outer box was from Macys the box it came in looked looked like an original return it was already opened and taped over. The hot plate was damaged and cracked. Also, it was not inspected coffee pot had one piece of tissue paper . I cannot believe Macys did not inspect before sending out . No instructions no receipt. Will return and will not purchase another one. Really surprised at Macys sending out a damaged product. I would have never given a one star as well

Very disappointed - will return. Hot plate is damaged and cracked looks like this coffee maker was originally sent back the box looked pretty beat up as well.
