Hello, I placed an order for a Tommy Hilfiger jacket on August 28, 2026. Order number: #4784474374 I ordered a men’s dark navy jacket, but I received a completely different model. You sent me the wrong jacket and did not send the item I originally ordered. I would like to request a full refund for this order immediately. I am a regular customer, and this is the first time I have experienced an issue like this. I’m still waiting for my order which I ordered on 8/21/26 and still have not received. The order number is: 4782573472. The Email that keeps getting sent to me says arriving tomorrow but never arrives. When am I going to receive my order?

The jacket has a very noticeable cut on one of the sleeves. This was supposed to be a gift, so receiving it damaged was extremely disappointing. As soon as we noticed the cut, we checked the packaging carefully. The Macy’s bag arrived in perfect condition, which clearly means the jacket was already damaged before it was shipped. This situation is very frustrating and unacceptable.

It’s light weight yet warm and comfortable. Super stylish that will last for years. I used to wear other brands for winter coats but I switched to TH. It’s worth the purchase!

This is a great jacket and it will keep you warm. I would simply suggest getting one size up, but it's a snug fit, especially if you're trying to layer up.

I had a terrible experience. I ordered a jacket that I needed to use during the winter, and I have been waiting for a very long time. The app shows that the jacket has already been delivered, which is absurd, because according to the UPS app it hasn’t arrived at all. In short, every operator I tried to get clarification from gave me a different answer. I honestly don’t know what to say it’s been a very bad experience on my very first purchase.
