It broke my window, I have contacted ninja with no response. I do have pictures.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it, the best "oven" ever, practical, accurate, food comes perfectly cook and degreased, maintains the natural flavors. Also very easy to clean, nothing like the traditional oven that the cleaning takes longer than the meals. I absolutely recommended. I am getting one to bring to my job!

Very easy to use. Kids use this instead of the microwave now! They said the food taste better than using microwave.

Great product will recommend. Has lots of features

Cooks all foods well. Easy to clean. All good so far. Happy.

This is easy to use Good instruction and easy to clean I m so pleased that I bought this and it fits easily in my small Kitchen

Bought for my elderly mum and she loves it - she really enjoys cooking with it even though she thought she would never get the hang of it

Have been using for a few weeks now and so far it’s proving to be very useful and far better than expected. No sogginess if you read up on how to use properly. Would recommend.

I bought this two weeks ago and I find the instructions have scarcely little useful information. The unit is easy to operate and there's a link to an online recipe book but I find that very cumbersome when trying to get the best use out of it. Bring back the physical book please.

I'm so happy with my Ninja air fryer! I'd wanted one for ages but couldn't afford it. It's beautiful and works perfectly... I highly recommend it.
