Disappointing Bracelet

I've bought many bracelets from Bling Jewelry in the past with no issues. However, this time around, when I took the bracelet from its packaging, after receiving it in the mail, one of the strands immediately broke apart and the beads from it fell all over the floor. talk about irritating. I've asked for a replacement from this company but so far, nothing. Glad that the other strands did not completely fall apart like the other one and is still, at least, usable.
