Please beware when buying ps5 from Macy. They will send damaged goods which will stop working. They dont give refund or exchange if the product is malfunctioning. Also customer service do not listen and will not help. You are on your own. Brought a ps5 and it stopped working after 2 months. They are saying cannot refund because it has passed 30 days return window.

I purchased this item on November 18th and still haven’t received the product or a refund. The seller is unresponsive, and since it’s a third-party seller, dealing with Macy’s has been a nightmare. Customer service continues to ask me to wait for the seller to respond, but it’s been far too long. I’m shocked Macy’s is selling products from such unreliable sellers. I’m currently waiting for a refund after finally escalating my complaint to a supervisor, and I’ve filed a dispute with the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself the trouble—don’t purchase from Macy’s. Go anywhere else for this product.
