I bought this for a 2, year old s birthday, it would fit a a 12 month old baby. I bought size 3 as she is tall, so sad I can not return as I am recovering from spine surgery and live alone,, can nit get to mail back.
The shipping on this order required a signature which delayed the delivery. Since when does children's clothing require a signature?
