As I have become used to taking this daily regimen, I notice that it doesn’t have a smell and it doesn’t have a taste or leave an aftertaste. Scientifically, MCTs are more easily and rapidly digested than other types of fats. I have paired this MCT oil supplement with daily bone broth and another supplement that contains L-Arginine.
