The design of this shoe is absolutely gorgeous in person—the black suede paired with the architectural gold heel looks incredibly luxurious and premium. However, the quality control at the manufacturing level is completely unacceptable for a high-end brand. I received a box where one shoe was a perfect, true American size 8, while the other shoe inside the exact same container was physically built on a massive, oversized mold despite being stamped with the same number. For a loyal, high-volume shopper, receiving mismatched shoe lengths in a single box is a total failure in basic factory quality assurance. I had to go through a lengthy customer service elevation to get this resolved. Beautiful shoe, but check your sizes immediately upon unboxing!

It looks nice when I am just standing but difficult to walk in unless the floor is carpeted. Haven't wore them for more than 2 minutes so uncertain about heel stability or quality.
