Columbia Men's Powder Lite II Puffer Jacket

Columbia jackets are the best. They last for years and even though this type of jacket is light in weight, it keeps us nice and warm. Not waterproof but does keep you protected from cold wind.

I bought this coat last year in August in Stone Green. I bought in XXL because I was in between sizes as I lost weight. This year, after losing the weight I decided to buy the same coat in XL. It came today, and I'm disappointed. The zipper, which is shown as green in all but one front view photo, is now black. It changes the entire look of the coat. If you are going to change the design of the coat, then update the photos. The green is the only color I like in this coat, and now I have to wear a coat I am less than happy with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You need to rethink the jacket's cut; the size M is very tight in the armpits, while the size L is much larger than the M—in other words, the cut around the armpits is disproportionate.

It's incredibly lightweight to pack, yet it keeps you very warm by retaining body heat perfectly. Excellent quality and a good fit (doesn't adjust on the wrist btw). Highly recommended!

Although I have not had a chance to try it out yet, I believe it will be exactly what I need. It is lightweight yet seems comfortable and warm. It will go nicely with other layers if needed. It does fit under the Columbia raincoat I purchased.

It fits loose enough to wear a heavy sweatshirt or vest beneath it when it's really cold, but does not look like you're wearing a tent. It has strong zippers and large pockets. The stone green color is very nice. Even though the jacket is fairly light, it is warm. I hate that the Omni-heat lining that makes it appear that the jacket is lined with tinfoil, but have to admit that it really does work keeping you warm and you can't see it when you're wearing it.
