Very comfortable, soft, high quality, warm hue during the cold season and is cool during the hot season

I received this white comforter that was poorly packed in a simple thin white macys bag and not other protection. Of course the plastic was torn by ups and the comforter is covered in oil, grease and dirt. I immediately contacted Macy's and was offered an expedited replacement. I agreed. However suddenly my account says I have 2 comforters that need to be shipped back. I only have only. After speaking to 4 representatives and having the item in my cart I was told I they will not replace my item because it is no longer on sale. They would only offer me a 10% discount off the full price of the item.

Poor quality comforter for RL. While the material and pattern were beautiful the stitching for the filling was done on the decorative side and was not straight or at even intervals. I usually love RL bedding products because they are of exceptional quality - but I returned this immediately.
