Diamond Seven Stone Band (1 ct. t.w.) in 14k White or Yellow Gold

Beautiful ring, but extremely disappointing quality. After only ONE month, one of the stones fell out. Even when I first received the ring, the stones seemed loose and poorly secured, but I unfortunately didn’t realize how serious the issue was until it was too late. I am especially disappointed because this was my engagement ring. It was supposed to be something special that I could wear and cherish for years, and instead a stone fell out after just one month. This is completely unacceptable for a ring at this price. The ring looks beautiful in the pictures, but the quality is simply not there. I deeply regret purchasing it and wish I had noticed the poor workmanship before buying. Very sad and disappointing experience.

This ring is beautiful and I loved it. However in just 2.5 months one of the seven stones has fallen out. I reached out to customer service. Although there is only one phone number listed, they only address items purchased on line. Going into a store is a nightmare, there are not enough staff to address customers adequately. What a circle of chaos.
