I like the organization of the bag. It’s very helpful for my work. The weight is very light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thrilled with this purchase! I needed a new work bag that would look nice, not be too bulky, and have pockets for organization. The fact that it is expandable for travel was how I got comfortable with the size. I know I will be using this bag for years!

Smaller than I thought. I also agree with the other reviews that the straps are way too long (I'm 5'7 with a long torso and they're still too long for me), and the straps loosen on their own and need to be retightened at least once a week. The material quality is really nice - just could have used a little more thought behind the design/construction.

It’s too big to count as carry-on, but it’s a nice little suitcase. What really concern me was after having my suitcase for five days Tumi claimed they didn’t have it, until I showed them tracking that they accepted the return. I get that returns can take a while, but I expect better. Keep your tracking number if you do business with these guys.

A beautiful backpack that strikes the right balance between femininity and professionalism. I was looking for a backpack that could fit a 16" MacBook Pro without causing back/shoulder pain or appearing too bulky. The Montana was perfect in those respects. However, I was surprised to discover that the straps don't adjust much upward. I am 5'3" and after adjusting the straps to their minimal length, the backpack still sits very low on my back. I would still recommend this bag as there are limited alternatives for petite women, but I wish they would increase the straps' adjustable range!

I absolutely love everything about it! The pocket for a water bootle is genius, and I love the secret compartment in the back to throw my phone in when getting on the subway. I use every single pocket. There is one major flaw thought that makes me give it 4 and not 5 stars: the straps. I am an average sized woman. I am 5 foot 4 1/2 inches , which is a pretty average height for a woman and the straps on the backpack don’t adjust high enough. Even though it’s a woman’s backpack it seems like the straps were made for men. So the fit of it isn’t quite right and there’s nothing I can do about it. Please fix this Tumi. I have lots of girlfriends way shorter than me too. What are we supposed to do? Why they made the straps for 6 foot models is beyond me, and quite stupid.

Great bag. Little smaller than expected. Thought it may fit a change of clothes but it doesn’t if carrying all work items, a water bottle, charging cables, and snacks. But still a great, sturdy bag. And very pretty, sleek and sophisticated.

I am obsessed with this backpack. I started getting neck pain from lugging a laptop around in a tote bag and started looking for a stylish/functional backpack. This backpack is a dream: comfortable, functional, surprisingly spacious, durable, and stylish. The backpack balances a sleek look with serious holding capacity (I've carried 2 laptops + accessories + 24oz water bottle + personal items with no problem). I love all the pockets for organization. This was an investment piece, but given the functionality and Tumi's warranty, it was a no brainer and I know will last me for years.
