Annoyed and Disgusted
Ordered this expensive Northface coat, came in from Jersey City Macy’s. When I received it I noticed it was obviously used and stained. Shame on Jersey City NJ Macys. You are shameless and disgusting to ship this. Also, customer service at Macy’s were not help. They didn’t care and I had to go and return the item, a fake apology from customer service and that’s it. When I returned it to another location in store the sales associate was shocked that they would ship it as if it were a new item. Shameful and disgraceful, Macy’s has gone downhill.

Great jacket, super warm while being lightweight.
I love this jacket, my daughter has had all sizes since she was an XS, we are now at XL. It's warm but lightweight, stylish and just a great fit overall.
