Great value and I only have to take one a day . The 30mg dosage is just enough, not too little or too much. Capsules are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste , glad to have found this and have it to help keep my immune system functioning strong !

This is my second or third bottle. I usually take it twice a week or when I feel there is a cold coming I take it immediately. I don’t take cold medicine. This is a great high quality product. I’ll definitely reorder to have when I need it.
